Brief:
With a successful track record of working under the strict guidelines of a shopping centre, C&G was allocated the task of creating a new branch with the inclusion of a new community space accessible by external companies for local conferences and events. Our starting point of an empty shell soon became populated with a full HVAC & sprinkler system, some interesting construction details imposed by the shopping centre and the usual lighting, new walls, high-end finishes and bespoke joinery.
C&G/Program:
Due to the size of this unit and following numerous meetings with the shopping centre a 12-week site programme was agreed upon to complete the works in time for further developments to continue at other locations within the centre.
Result:
C&G delivered a faultless branch fit out which opened to the public on June 13th June 2018 and was received with great praise from both our client and members of the public.
